Quantum-Touch is a straightforward energetic healing practice that involves focused breath, conscious direction of energetic sensations through one's own body, and intuitive application of that energy. Whereas many other practices involve either passive transmission of external energy (as with Reiki) or spending one's own energy, Quantum-Touch focuses on dynamically and actively "pumping" energy through the practitioner's being. It claims to result in dramatic effects without draining the practitioner's energy in any way.

The central pricinple of Quantum-Touch is that bioenergetic fields, like many other energetic systems, respond to one another by harmonic resonance and entrainment, in which two systems oscillating or vibrating at different frequencies gradually move toward unity.
